Rams' Donald suffered high ankle sprain vs. Chiefs
Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald suffered a high ankle sprain during Sunday's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, head coach Sean McVay announced Monday, according to The Athletic's Jourdan Rodrigue.
Donald is undergoing further testing, and McVay didn't have an update on how much time he'll miss.
The 31-year-old Donald has only missed two games throughout his nine-year career. He has 49 tackles and five sacks this season.
The Rams are also dealing with injuries on the offensive side of the ball. McVay said quarterback Matthew Stafford is still in concussion protocol and has no update on when he will be back, according to ESPN's Sarah Barshop.
