San Antonio Spurs guard De'Aaron Fox was not in the lineup for Monday's Game 1 of the Western Conference finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to a sprained right ankle.

Rookie guard Dylan Harper was inserted into the starting lineup in Fox's place.

This will mark Fox's first absence in 11 games this postseason.

The 28-year-old All-Star was one of two Spurs players listed as questionable ahead of the series opener against the defending champions. The other, Luke Kornet, will be active despite dealing with soreness in his left foot.

Oklahoma City will have its entire playoff rotation available.

Playing in just the second postseason of his nine-year career, Fox is averaging 18.8 points, 5.8 assists, and three rebounds in 33.3 minutes per game for San Antonio.
