The Phoenix Suns had plenty of success against the Minnesota Timberwolves during the regular season, but Kevin Durant doesn't think that will have much bearing on their first-round playoff series.

Following the Suns' 125-106 win over Minnesota on Sunday, Durant told reporters he expects to face a much different Timberwolves team in the playoffs.

"(Minnesota) has been a contending team since Day 1," Durant said, per Duane Rankin of AZCentral. "They're gonna come in here with a different mindset, different intensity. The crowd's gonna be different, the game's gonna be reffed different.

"So you can look at some film and some stuff you did in the regular season, but you can't think that game's gonna be like that. We gotta get ready for a dogfight."

The Suns swept their regular-season series against the Timberwolves 3-0, winning the first two games at home and Sunday's matchup on the road. Their playoff series will kick off April 20 in Minnesota.
