The Houston Texans won't have star Nico Collins for Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals after the wide receiver was ruled out Friday due to a hamstring injury.
Collins injured his hamstring during practice Wednesday.
He led the team in receptions (seven) and receiving yards (75) during Houston's Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He also caught a touchdown.
Without Collins, wide receivers Kayshon Boutte, Jaylin Noel, and Xavier Hutchinson are expected to step up. Noel posted 53 yards on two catches in the season opener, while Hutchinson recorded three receptions for 32 yards. Boutte caught just one pass for 21 yards on two targets.
The Bengals also enter the matchup with injury concerns. Quarterback Joe Burrow is questionable after experiencing back tightness during the week, though he previously said he expects to play.
