The Green Bay Packers are signing defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt to a three-year, $57-million extension, his agency told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport on Monday.
The deal also includes a $20-million signing bonus, Rapoport adds. Wyatt has been with the Packers since they selected him in the first round of the 2022 draft out of Georgia. Green Bay picked up the fifth-year option on his rookie contract last offseason.
Wyatt recorded 27 tackles and four sacks in 10 games last season. He missed time early in the campaign due to a knee ailment and sat out the final four games of the year after suffering season-ending ankle and foot injuries.
The 28-year-old's best year came in 2023, when he totaled 36 tackles, 11 quarterback hits, 5.5 sacks, and 42 quarterback pressures, according to Next Gen Stats.
Wyatt's new deal comes a month after Green Bay inked wide receiver Christian Watson to a four-year, $110.5-million extension. The club also hopes to sign tight end Tucker Kraft to a new contract this offseason, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.
Wyatt has suited up in 57 games since entering the league, posting 101 tackles, 30 quarterback hits, and 16 sacks.
