Deion Sanders is bringing another star player to Colorado.

Former Jackson State cornerback and wide receiver Travis Hunter is transferring to the Buffaloes, he announced Wednesday.

Hunter, the No. 2 prospect from the class of 2022, played on both defense and offense during his one season at Jackson State. He racked up two interceptions and 10 pass breakups while also catching 18 passes for 188 yards and four touchdowns.

The Georgia native entered the portal after Sanders left Jackson State to become Colorado's next head coach. Several other Tigers players also decided to leave the team following Sanders' exit, including quarterback Shedeur Sanders, Deion's son. Shedeur also committed to Colorado on Wednesday.

The Buffaloes fired former coach Karl Dorrell in October in his third season at the helm. Colorado went 1-11 in 2022.
