The Seattle Mariners exercised closer Andrés Muñoz's $8-million club option for 2027, the team announced Thursday.
The Mariners also declined contract options on right-hander Bryce Miller and outfielder Victor Robles
Miller, who had a $6.075-million option, will remain under club control and is arbitration-eligible, according to the Mariners. Robles will become a free agent. He had a $9-million option with a $500,000 buyout.
Muñoz posted the highest ERA (4.24) of his seven-year career in 2026, while saving 28 games and posting a career-best 14.0 K/9.
The 28-year-old Miller posted a 4.17 ERA in 118 2/3 innings last season, logging a 9.0 K/9 and 1.16 WHIP.
Robles, 29, slashed .256/.315/.308 in 65 games.
