Koepka claps back after Chamblee criticizes etiquette

Another layer was added to the continuing feud between Brooks Koepka and Golf Channel analyst Brandel Chamblee on Sunday.

While offering his take on Bryson DeChambeau's heavily scrutinized slow play, Chamblee managed to take a shot at Koepka, insinuating he's a rude playing partner and questioning his etiquette.

"The rudest players you ever play with are not slow," Chamblee said. "They may be annoying, but they are not rude. The rudest players you ever play with are fast players."

Chamblee proceeded to show a clip of Koepka standing on the fairway ahead of Rory McIlroy, who was lining up his second shot on a par 5. Chamblee called that bad etiquette.

"If you look where Rory is aimed and where he's looking, let's say he's looking at 12 o'clock, Brooks is at 1 o'clock," he said. "As you heard Bryson DeChambeau say, that's not proper etiquette. ...You wouldn't do that to Jack Nicklaus, you wouldn't do it to Tiger Woods, but for whatever reason (Koepka) thinks it's OK to do that."

Koepka later fired back.

"I’ll give you credit, that was funny. I knew you were long, I didn't know you were funny too," Chamblee responded on Twitter.
