</h3><p>When these teams met in Week 14, the Ravens closed as six-point favorites at home and lost 27-22. The Steelers will be without DK Metcalf, who exploded for 148 yards in their first meeting, but they're getting T.J. Watt back to bolster their defense.</p><div class="the-score-article-ad-unit"></div><p>The spread from two weeks ago was clearly incorrect - these two teams are much closer than the betting market believed. However, this 3.5-point spread suggests the Ravens would be roughly 6.5-point favorites (potentially more) this week if this game were in Baltimore. When presented that way, the Steelers become the clear side to back.</p><p>Lamar Jackson will return for the Ravens after missing last week with a back injury. There's a good chance he's far from 100% and is pushing himself to play in a must-win game. Jackson hasn't been himself for most of the season and is on pace to record his lowest rushing total by a substantial margin (he's 355 yards short of his career low).</p><p>Missing Metcalf is tough for the Steelers, who only scored six points on the road in Cleveland last week. But the Browns' defense is a different beast at home, and the Ravens' defense has been underwhelming all season.</p><p>Backing the Steelers as a home underdog has historically been a wise bet. Since Mike Tomlin took over in 2007, the Steelers are 22-9-3 (71% cover rate) when getting points in Pittsburgh.</p><p>I expect this game to be a tight defensive AFC North battle decided by one of the final few possessions. The Bills may rest some starters in a game against the Jets that only matters for playoff seeding, so chasing Shakir's incentive may be a tad risky. Samuel can make over $1.5 million if he hits all three incentives. The second-year quarterback opened the season at +5000 to win the MVP and slipped to as long as +10000 in early October.</p><p>Stafford leads the NFL in passing touchdowns by a wide margin with 42. He's second in passing yards (4,448) and quarterback rating (108.8). But the Rams' 11-5 record, which currently leaves them third in the NFC West, is hurting the veteran's candidacy.</p><p>Maye is fourth in passing yards (4,203), tied for third in passing touchdowns (30), first in completion percentage (71.1%), and first in quarterback rating (112.9). He has 409 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns, an element that's missing from Stafford's game. Maye is also getting a ton of credit for turning the Patriots around after they finished 4-13 last year and have now captured the AFC East with at least 13 victories.</p><p>Josh Allen was in the running to win back-to-back MVPs, but the Bills' loss to the Eagles last week seems to have removed him from contention.</p><p><em>US: Must be 21+. However, the Seahawks are fighting for the top seed in the NFC and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. </h3><p>Sorry, Colts fans, but I don't see a scenario where backing Rivers getting fewer than seven points makes sense. Yes, the Colts played well in his first start in Seattle, but the Seahawks did the bare minimum to secure the win and quickly turned their attention to the Thursday nighter against the Rams (and that strategy worked out).</p><div class="the-score-article-ad-unit"></div><p>The 49ers have nearly secured their playoff spot, but they also have a shot at winning their division after the Rams' loss. Motivation will not be a question for San Francisco, while it could be for the Colts, whose season has taken a drastic turn for the worse amid a four-game losing streak.</p><p>The 49ers average the fourth-most passing yards per game (246.1) while the Colts give up the second-most (247.6).
