GIF: Controversial no-goal call helps Capitals rally vs. Coyotes
The Washington Capitals rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat the Phoenix Coyotes 3-2 on Saturday.
The deficit could easily have been 3-0 if this goal by Phoenix in the first period had counted, but referee Tim Peel waved it off because he thought the puck was underneath Capitals netminder Jaroslav Halak.

Replays showed the puck trickling behind Halak before any Coyotes players begin pushing on his pads, but Peel's on-ice decision was upheld after a video review.
