Nikita Kucherov notched his 1,138th career point Saturday against the Utah Mammoth to move past Steven Stamkos for sole possession of first place on the Tampa Bay Lightning's all-time list.
He set the record by notching the primary assist on a power-play goal from Brayden Point in the first period.

Kucherov, who's spent his entire 13-year career in Tampa Bay, reached the mark in his 890th career game. Stamkos suited up in 1,082 games with the Bolts. He held the record since 2022 when he passed Martin St. Louis.
A second-round pick by the Lightning in 2011, Kucherov won his second career Hart Trophy last season. He's also won three Art Ross Trophies and two Stanley Cups in his storied career.
Kucherov has four goals and 10 assists so far on the young season.
