Buffalo Sabres captain Rasmus Dahlin sustained an upper-body injury Monday against the Florida Panthers and was ruled out for the remainder of the contest.

Dahlin appeared to be in discomfort after a shot attempt during the second period. He went for a change 11 seconds into a Sabres power play.

He didn't take another shift afterward.

Dahlin has notched a goal and two assists in six games this season. He was a Norris Trophy finalist in 2025-26 when he racked up a career-high 74 points.
