The Vegas Golden Knights will be without Mark Stone for Game 4 against the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday.

"Out," head coach John Tortorella said when asked about the team captain's status following the morning skate, according to Derek Van Diest of NHL.com.

Stone exited Game 3 with an undisclosed injury and missed the entire second and third periods.

Over nine playoff games so far this year, Stone has scored three goals and added four assists. He had 73 points in 60 regular-season games this campaign.

Brandon Saad will replace Stone in the lineup. This will be Saad's first action of the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs and his first postseason action since appearing in eight games for the Knights last year. The 33-year-old had nine points in 49 games this season.

The Golden Knights hold a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven series. Despite losing Stone during Friday's Game 3, Vegas still managed to win 6-2 in a performance buoyed by Mitch Marner's first playoff hat trick.

Game 4 is set to get underway Sunday at 9:30 p.m. ET at Honda Center.
