The Philadelphia Eagles are sticking with their current approach ahead of Sunday's matchup against the New York Giants, as head coach Nick Sirianni has named Tanner McKee the starting quarterback for the fourth straight game.

Sirianni also said he isn't making any changes to his coaching staff, with Sean Mannion remaining as the Eagles' offensive coordinator and play-caller.

"It's our job as coaches to be problem solvers. ... It's on all of us to figure out how to get things going in the right direction," Sirianni told reporters Monday.

Philadelphia lost its sixth consecutive game Sunday night for the first time since the 2012 season. After grabbing a 10-0 first-quarter lead against the Washington Commanders, the Eagles failed to score on their final nine possessions in the 27-10 loss.

Sunday's contest marked McKee's third straight start since Philly lost Jalen Hurts for the season with blood clots. He completed 23 of 34 passes for 212 yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception, with a 33.0 quarterback rating.

McKee ranks 29th in EPA/dropback among 31 qualifying signal-callers this season, ahead of only Daniel Jones and Justin Herbert. Joe Milton, whom the Eagles signed off the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad on Oct. 16, is McKee's backup.

Philadelphia has struggled on offense this season, ranking last in both yards per play and three-and-out rate. Mannion replaced Kevin Patullo, who was fired after just one year as offensive coordinator.

The 2-6 Eagles sit last in the NFC East.
