San Francisco 49ers rookie wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling was carted off in the second quarter of Thursday's 27-7 victory over the Los Angeles Rams with an ankle injury.
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said postgame that Stribling's Achilles is intact, though the 49ers don't yet know the severity of the wideout's ankle issue, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
Stribling was examined on the sideline before being carted to the locker room. He went down after coming out of a route.

Stribling suffered an ankle injury earlier in the game but managed to return.
Selected 33rd overall by the 49ers in the 2026 draft, Stribling failed to catch a pass and wasn't targeted in his NFL debut.
San Francisco has high hopes for Stribling, who drew rave reviews in training camp and caught 11 passes for 109 yards in two preseason games.
