Report: Ravens sign Heisman finalist Pavia to 3-year deal
The Baltimore Ravens are signing former Heisman finalist and Vanderbilt quarterback Diego Pavia to a three-year rookie contract, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Ravens initially invited Pavia to their rookie minicamp, set for this weekend, but elected to sign him in advance, Schefter adds.
Pavia, listed at 5-foot-10, wasn't selected in the 2026 NFL Draft, becoming the first Heisman finalist to go undrafted since 2014.
The 24-year-old took college football by storm last year, racking up 39 total touchdowns, with 10 coming on the ground. In addition to being a Heisman finalist, Pavia led the SEC with 29 touchdown passes and a 70.6% completion rate.
Pavia won't be the only dual-threat passer on the Ravens' offseason roster, with Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley holding the top spots on the depth chart.
