The Baltimore Ravens are signing tight end Mark Andrews to a three-year extension, general manager Eric DeCosta announced Wednesday.

The deal is worth $39.3 million and includes $26 million guaranteed, sources told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

"We are excited and proud to announce a three-year contract extension with Mark Andrews," DeCosta said in a statement. "Mark is an all-time Raven - a top competitor and Pro Bowl tight end who is also a big part of our Baltimore community."

Andrews was scheduled to hit free agency at the end of the season. The 30-year-old has caught 37 passes for 332 yards and five touchdowns this year. He's also scored a rushing TD.

The three-time Pro Bowler is the Ravens' all-time leader with 57 total touchdowns, 473 career receptions, and 5,862 receiving yards.
