Report: Hill tore multiple ligaments in knee, including ACL
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill tore multiple ligaments in his knee - including his ACL - in Monday night's win over the New York Jets, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Hill underwent season-ending surgery Tuesday. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said the wideout won't need future surgical procedures and could play in 2026.
"It's about rehab, and he will play next season. The realistic goal is the start of the season," Rosenhaus said, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The wideout posted a message thanking fans for their prayers and support prior to his surgery.
Thank you guys for the prayers, I feel all the love. ❤️ here we go✌🏿 pic.twitter.com/oSOdG9zaJ9

There's no guaranteed money in Hill's contract for 2026, but $11 million of his $29.9 million due next year will become fully guaranteed if he's on the roster in March, per Rapoport. Hill will also get a $5-million roster bonus.
The 31-year-old dislocated his knee after making a catch and getting tackled near the sideline during Monday's game. He was put into an air cast and carted off following the gruesome injury.
He caught six balls for 67 yards in Monday's game prior to getting hurt.
Jaylen Waddle becomes the Dolphins' top receiver with Hill sidelined while Malik Washington should also receive more attention.
