Raiders sign Mostert to 1-year, $2.1M deal
Running back Raheem Mostert agreed to a one-year deal worth $2.1 million with the Las Vegas Raiders, he told NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe.
Mostert played for the Miami Dolphins over the past three seasons. He rushed for 278 yards and two touchdowns across 13 games in 2024 while primarily acting as Miami's RB2 behind De'Von Achane. The club released him in February.
The 32-year-old's best campaign came in 2023 when he ran for 1,012 yards and led the league with 18 rushing scores. It's the only season in Mostert's NFL career in which he's eclipsed 1,000 rushing yards and had double-digit rushing touchdowns.
The Raiders ranked last in the league in rushing in 2024, averaging 79.8 yards a game. Las Vegas finished 4-13 and holds the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
