The New England Patriots bolstered their pass rush by signing edge rusher Harold Landry to a three-year, $43.5-million contract, a source told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Landry's deal could be worth up to $48 million and also includes $26 million fully guaranteed, Pelissero reports.

The Tennessee Titans cut Landry last week after he recorded 397 tackles, including 70 tackles for loss and 50.5 sacks, in six seasons with the club.

Landry will reunite with Mike Vrabel, who was as his head coach in Tennessee from 2018-2023. The Boston College product provides an immediate boost to a defense that finished last in sacks in 2024.

Landry tallied 70 tackles, including nine sacks, last season. He posted double-digit sacks in 2021 and 2023.

New England also re-signed tight end Austin Hooper to a one-year, $5-million deal that could be worth up to $7 million, reports Pelissero, who adds the contract includes $4 million in guarantees.
