The Buffalo Bills activated linebacker Matt Milano off injured reserve and he's expected to play Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Milano has been out all season after tearing his bicep in training camp.
The 30-year-old played in five games last campaign, tallying 30 total tackles, one tackle for loss, and a pair of interceptions before a broken leg ended his season.
Milano is expected to play alongside Dorian Williams and Terrel Bernard in three-linebacker sets.
Buffalo's defense ranks 15th in yards (329.1) and seventh in points (19.5) allowed per contest during the 2024 campaign.
