France is currently under lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak, but one runner still found a way to complete a marathon from his home.
Elisha Nochomovitz, a 32-year-old furloughed restaurant employee from the French city of Balma, ran 26.2 miles on his 23-foot balcony in six hours and 48 minutes, according to CNN's Allen Kim.
"My only pleasure is running, no matter what the time," Nochomovitz said.
Nochomovitz said the run was the most challenging of the 36 marathons he's completed because he couldn't gain any momentum or speed. He dedicated the run to medical personnel working during the pandemic.
