Amir Khan, the McNeese student manager who went viral during the 2025 NCAA Tournament, is reuniting with Will Wade at LSU.
"Yeah, I'll be a student manager for one more year," Khan told ESPN's Myron Medcalf on Tuesday.
Khan became popular for leading McNeese's pregame walkouts by carrying a boombox and rapping along with the music being played. Khan drew enough buzz to earn a number of NIL deals.

Khan initially followed Wade to NC State last season when the latter took the Wolfpacks' head coaching gig. However, he later moved back to McNeese to continue his student manager role for the 2025-26 campaign.
"Beyond grateful for everything McNeese has done for me and it will always be home," Khan added. "I'm incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work with my dream coaching staff at my dream school."
