Indiana Pacers rookie Cassius Stanley and Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons are expected to participate in next weekend's Slam Dunk contest, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Stanley and Simons will reportedly join New York Knicks rookie Obi Toppin for the event, which is scheduled to take place during halftime of the All-Star Game on March 7 in Atlanta.
Stanley, who broke Zion Williamson's record at Duke for the highest vertical jump, appeared in eight games for the Pacers before being sent to the team's G League affiliate, the Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
Simons is in his third year with the Blazers. He's averaging 8.5 points in 17.5 minutes per contest.
