The transfer window may be closed, but the rumor mill never stops. Check in every day for the latest transfer buzz around the soccer world.

Top story: PSG could meet Gavi's valuation

Paris Saint-Germain's offer for Gavi worth a guaranteed €40 million plus €20 million in performance-related bonuses was quickly shut down by Barcelona. The Catalan club still views him as an important figure in the dressing room despite his injury troubles. The midfielder, who worked his way through the club's famed La Masia academy, is also seen as an important symbol of Barcelona's identity.

Still, every player has his price and Barcelona president Joan Laporta would consider selling Gavi next summer for €70 million. That sum is certainly within PSG's reach and head coach Luis Enrique could encourage Les Parisiens' brass to meet Barcelona's demands. (Fichajes)
