50 players who could move during the summer transfer window
The wheeling and dealing is already in full swing. With FIFA introducing an extraordinary transfer window that's active until June 10 ahead of the Club World Cup, teams across Europe have already started making moves. With that in mind, we're presenting 50 high-profile players - excluding pending free agents - who could switch clubs this summer.
Note: Estimated transfer values provided by transfermarkt.
Premier League 🏴
Emiliano Martinez (Aston Villa)
Age: 32
Position: Goalkeeper
Value: €20M
Martinez's tearful waves to the Aston Villa faithful following the club's final home match of the season certainly looked like a farewell. Villa are more open to selling the Argentine No. 1 than ever before, with Saudi sides lurking.
Milos Kerkez (Bournemouth)
Age: 21
Position: Left-back
Value: €45M
Dean Huijsen's big-money move is already done. Kerkez looks set to become the next rising star to leave Bournemouth, with Liverpool making a strong push for the flying full-back. Keep an eye on Antoine Semenyo, too.
Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford)
Age: 25
Position: Forward
Value: €55M
Mbeumo is coming off the best year of his career, netting 20 Premier League goals; only three players scored more in England's top flight this past season. Brentford are well within their right to demand a huge transfer fee.
Joao Pedro (Brighton & Hove Albion)
Age: 23
Position: Forward
Value: €50M
The exciting Brazilian has three years left on his contract, so Brighton will be operating from a position of strength in any negotiations, but that won't stop England's biggest sides from calling the Seagulls about his availability.
Jadon Sancho (Chelsea)
Age: 25
Position: Winger
Value: €28M
Sancho's initial loan from Manchester United included an obligation to make the deal permanent, but the Blues also have a break clause that would allow them to send him back to Old Trafford for a small fee if they can't agree to terms with the winger on a new contract this summer.
Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace)
Age: 24
Position: Center-back
Value: €45M
The FA Cup winners will have to stave off bids for several of their best players. Eberechi Eze and Adam Wharton have been linked with big moves, but Guehi is perhaps the most likely to depart after coming close in previous windows.
Luis Diaz (Liverpool)

Age: 28
Position: Winger
Value: €70M
Barcelona haven't been shy in recent weeks about their admiration for Diaz, and Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr are also eyeing the Colombian. Liverpool could sacrifice Diaz to help fund their other summer business.
Darwin Nunez (Liverpool)
Age: 25
Position: Striker
Value: €45M
Nunez is in a similar situation to his fellow South American. Like Diaz, the Uruguayan is being targeted by the Saudi Pro League, and he came very close to making a move in January. This could be the window it actually happens.
Ederson (Manchester City)
Age: 31
Position: Goalkeeper
Value: €20M
It's going to be a summer of rejuvenation at Manchester City. Midfield stalwart Kevin De Bruyne is already leaving, and Ederson could follow him as Pep Guardiola looks to overhaul his squad after an unsatisfactory season.
Jack Grealish (Manchester City)
Age: 29
Position: Winger
Value: €28M
Grealish has fallen into obscurity at Manchester City. He started just seven league games in 2024-25, didn't see the field in the FA Cup final, and was left out of the squad entirely for the season finale.
Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United)
Age: 30
Position: Attacking midfielder
Value: €50M
One of the marquee transfer stories to follow this summer. Ruben Amorim obviously wants to retain his compatriot, but Al-Hilal's interest is genuine, and Manchester United's financial situation could force them to sell their captain.
Alejandro Garnacho (Manchester United)
Age: 20
Position: Winger
Value: €45M
Unlike Fernandes, Amorim doesn't appear to be losing sleep over the idea of Garnacho leaving. Both the Argentine winger and fellow homegrown talent Kobbie Mainoo could be sold to help fund the Red Devils' next rebuild.
Marcus Rashford (Manchester United)

Age: 27
Position: Forward
Value: €50M
Aston Villa aren't expected to make Rashford's loan permanent, and Manchester United are happy to let him leave. Talk of a "dream" move to Barcelona persists, even if the Englishman would be a backup at Camp Nou.
Alexander Isak (Newcastle United)
Age: 25
Position: Striker
Value: €120M
Isak is one of the summer's headliners. A handful of prolific forwards are expected to be on the move for huge money, and the Swede is one of the players who could set off a chain reaction if he switches clubs early.
Morgan Gibbs-White (Nottingham Forest)
Age: 25
Position: Attacking midfielder
Value: €50M
Gibbs-White has put himself in the shop window by playing a starring role for Nottingham Forest. The club will enjoy European football next season for the first time since 1996, but Gibbs-White may be gone by then.
Cristian Romero (Tottenham Hotspur)
Age: 27
Position: Center-back
Value: €50M
Romero is a prototypical Diego Simeone player, so it's no surprise that Atletico Madrid are reportedly interested in the Tottenham center-back. The only shock is that these links didn't emerge sooner.
La Liga 🇪🇸
Nico Williams (Athletic Bilbao)
Age: 22
Position: Left winger
Value: €70M
Williams isn't at the forefront of transfer rumors like he was after shining at Euro 2024 last summer - the Barcelona links have all but disappeared now - but the Spaniard is still one of the most explosive wingers available.
Ansu Fati (Barcelona)
Age: 22
Position: Winger/forward
Value: €5M
Fati, still only 22 despite already being around forever, will try to rebuild his career and show why he was once viewed as the next great talent coming out of La Masia. Monaco are close to signing him from Barcelona.
Joan Garcia (Espanyol)

Age: 24
Position: Goalkeeper
Value: €20M
Plenty of Champions League-level clubs are looking for an upgrade, or, at least, a succession plan, between the sticks. Garcia is atop the list for many of those teams, including Espanyol's bitter Catalan rivals Barca.
Rodrygo (Real Madrid)
Age: 24
Position: Forward
Value: €100M
For all the talk of Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior struggling to adapt to one another at Real Madrid, it was Rodrygo who struggled most this past season. Will new coach Xabi Alonso get him back to his best or decide to cash in?
Martin Zubimendi (Real Sociedad)
Age: 26
Position: Defensive midfielder
Value: €60M
Arsenal are on the brink of landing their man after working for months to secure his signature. The Gunners are reportedly triggering Zubimendi's £51-million release clause in the hope he can push them over the top.
Cristhian Mosquera (Valencia)
Age: 20
Position: Center-back
Value: €30M
Liverpool, Atletico Madrid, AC Milan, and RB Leipzig are all reportedly fighting to sign Mosquera, with the latter believed to be leading the race for one of the most intriguing defensive prospects in Spain's top flight.
Alex Baena (Villarreal)
Age: 23
Position: Attacking midfielder/winger
Value: €50M
One of the craftiest playmakers in La Liga, Baena recorded 23 league assists for Villarreal over the past two seasons combined. A No. 10 who can also operate out wide, he's being chased by Atletico Madrid.
Serie A 🇮🇹
Tijjani Reijnders (AC Milan)
Age: 26
Position: Midfielder
Value: €50M
Manchester City are working hard to land Reijnders, who's coming off an excellent individual season. The Dutchman isn't the only key figure who could depart Milan this summer, with Theo Hernandez also being tipped to leave.
Ederson (Atalanta)
Age: 25
Position: Midfielder
Value: €50M
A prototypical box-to-box midfielder with an engine that never slows down, Ederson would improve many of Europe's bigger sides that are looking for an injection of dynamism in the center of the pitch.
Ademola Lookman (Atalanta)

Age: 27
Position: Forward
Value: €60M
Lookman came close to leaving Atalanta last summer after helping the Italian side win the Europa League, but, after a surprising U-turn, stayed in Bergamo. A repeat of that outcome this time around would be a huge surprise.
Dan Ndoye (Bologna)
Age: 24
Position: Winger
Value: €25M
Scorer of the Coppa Italia-winning goal, Ndoye is ready to take the next step in his career. The speedy Swiss international is one of several Bologna players who could be plucked this summer.
Douglas Luiz (Juventus)
Age: 27
Position: Midfielder
Value: €38M
The Brazilian's first season in Turin was an enormous letdown. Luiz battled constant fitness issues, ultimately starting just three Serie A matches and finishing the campaign without a single goal contribution.
Dusan Vlahovic (Juventus)
Age: 25
Position: Striker
Value: €45M
Vlahovic is entering the final season of his contract, and there's been no indication he'll extend his deal. Juve, already on the hunt for a new striker, are looking to find a buyer this summer to avoid losing the Serbian for free.
Victor Osimhen (Napoli)
Age: 26
Position: Striker
Value: €70M
Osimhen powered Galatasaray to a domestic double, leading the Super Lig in scoring after joining the Turkish giants on loan. Now it's time for parent club Napoli to cash in on the marksman, who has suitors all across Europe.
Bundesliga 🇩🇪
Florian Wirtz (Bayer Leverkusen)
Age: 22
Position: Attacking midfielder
Value: €140M
Liverpool are locked in talks with Leverkusen over a deal for the German sensation, who's expected to cost around €130 million. The Reds are reportedly optimistic that an agreement will be sealed in the coming days.
Jamie Gittens (Borussia Dortmund)

Age: 20
Position: Winger
Value: €50M
Gittens' electrifying dribbling ability has caught the eye of several Premier League clubs who are keen to bring the English youngster back to his homeland after he left Manchester City for Borussia Dortmund in 2020.
Hugo Ekitike (Eintracht Frankfurt)
Age: 22
Position: Striker
Value: €55M
Another of the big attacking dominoes that could fall this summer. After failing to make an impact at PSG, Ekitike showed his full repertoire of skills in Frankfurt, scoring 22 goals in all competitions this season.
Benjamin Sesko (RB Leipzig)
Age: 22
Position: Striker
Value: €65M
Sesko is coming off a down year, like RB Leipzig as a whole, but his penchant for spectacular goals makes him impossible to ignore. Arsenal have been interested for some time as they continue to seek more scoring punch.
Angelo Stiller (VfB Stuttgart)
Age: 24
Position: Defensive midfielder
Value: €38M
A smooth operator at the base of midfield, Stiller can dictate the tempo of matches with his wide array of passing. New Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso, who saw him up close in the Bundesliga, is an admirer of the German.
Ligue 1 🇫🇷
Rayan Cherki (Lyon)
Age: 21
Position: Attacking midfielder
Value: €35M
Cherki is virtually guaranteed to leave Lyon this summer, with Pep Guardiola and Manchester City viewing him as the ideal player to replace the creativity and attacking flair the club is losing with Kevin De Bruyne's departure.
Lucas Chevalier (Lille)
Age: 23
Position: Goalkeeper
Value: €30M
Lille's squad will likely look significantly different when the 2025-26 campaign kicks off. Jonathan David and Angel Gomes are free agents, Edon Zhegrova is being tipped to leave, and Chevalier is being chased by multiple clubs.
Randal Kolo Muani (Paris Saint-Germain)

Age: 26
Position: Forward
Value: €30M
The French international showed he can still be impactful if given playing time, scoring eight league goals for Juventus after joining on loan in January. PSG clearly don't need him, so another move is on the cards.
Goncalo Ramos (Paris Saint-Germain)
Age: 23
Position: Striker
Value: €45M
Leaving PSG now, when they're fresh off winning the Champions League, seems crazy, but Ramos could be tempted by a starting role elsewhere instead of spending the bulk of his time on the bench for another year.
Arnaud Kalimuendo (Rennes)
Age: 23
Position: Striker
Value: €20M
Only two players notched more Ligue 1 tallies than Kalimuendo this past season. If Bayer Leverkusen lose either Victor Boniface or Patrik Schick, it's expected they'll quickly turn around and move for the French forward.
Emanuel Emegha (Strasbourg)
Age: 22
Position: Striker
Value: €20M
Chelsea are trying to leverage their relationship with sister club Strasbourg in order to beat the competition for Emegha's signature. The burgeoning striker has recorded 22 total goals in his two seasons in Ligue 1.
Around the world 🌎
Jorrel Hato (Ajax)
Age: 19
Position: Defender
Value: €35M
A versatile defender who can play as a center-back or left-back, it's only a matter of time until Hato gets a big transfer. Shrewd clubs won't let Ajax's stunning late-season collapse distract them from the Dutchman's potential.
Cristiano Ronaldo (Al-Nassr)

Age: 40
Position: Striker
Value: €12M
FIFA president Gianni Infantino would love for Ronaldo to play at the Club World Cup. That would require a transfer of some kind - possibly a short-term loan using the special 10-day window - before his Al-Nassr contract expires.
Alvaro Carreras (Benfica)
Age: 22
Position: Left-back
Value: €35M
Real Madrid aren't messing around. Having already inked Trent Alexander-Arnold to be their new right-back, they've quickly flipped attention to the opposite side of the field and are working to sign Carreras.
Diogo Costa (FC Porto)
Age: 25
Position: Goalkeeper
Value: €40M
Costa is the goalkeeper most consistently linked with Manchester City as the long-term replacement for Ederson. With the Brazilian's future uncertain at best, his Portuguese counterpart could finally make the move to the Etihad.
Franco Mastantuono (River Plate)
Age: 17
Position: Attacking midfielder
Value: €15M
Mastantuono is one of the brightest prospects in all of world football. PSG have reportedly overtaken Real Madrid in the race for the Argentine phenom, with sporting adviser Luis Campos trying to work his magic once again.
Neymar (Santos)
Age: 33
Position: Attacking midfielder
Value: €15M
Neymar, like Ronaldo, could wait until his contract expires this month to make his next move as a free agent, but the special transfer window adds a layer of intrigue and possibility. He may have already played his last game for Santos.
Tyler Dibling (Southampton)
Age: 19
Position: Right winger
Value: €25M
Southampton's woes didn't hinder Dibling, who showed more than enough to warrant staying in the top tier while the Saints got relegated. He must choose his next team wisely to ensure he gets enough minutes to keep developing.
Viktor Gyokeres (Sporting CP)
Age: 26
Position: Striker
Value: €75M
When you score 53 goals in 51 games across all competitions, everyone is going to take notice. Gyokeres seems destined to join a Premier League club this summer, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United all interested.
Jobe Bellingham (Sunderland)

Age: 19
Position: Midfielder
Value: €22M
Jobe could follow in the footsteps of older brother Jude by going from England to Germany. Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig, and Jude's former club Dortmund are reportedly interested. Sunderland want around €30 million.
