Phoenix Coyotes defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson is typically so good that you hardly notice his steady, Lidstrom-like presence.

That said, every now and then the Swede will step outside the confines of his conservative approach to wow onlookers - like he did Saturday night. Early in the second, Ekman-Larsson showed absolutely zero mercy on a countryman caught out of position.
