VIDEO: Crosby scores a beauty, Twitter reacts accordingly
Cue up the Sega Genesis, because Sidney Crosby scored a goal straight out of NHL94 against the Calgary Flames on Saturday.
Crosby took a pass from (soon-to-be-Sochi-teammate?) Chris Kunitz, completely baffled defenseman TJ Brodie and rifled one past Karri Ramo for his 20th goal and 54th point of the season.
Twitter proceeded to, well, gush.
Oh man, what a goal by No. 87

Amazing goal by Crosby. I think Brodie's jock is still spinning at the blueline.

Just thought of this other thing to say about Crosby's goal ... Wow.

I hope Steve Yzerman is watching this game. I think we've found Kunitz' centerman!
