Vegas Golden Knights center William Karlsson is week-to-week with a lower-body injury, the team announced Thursday.
It's unclear if the injury will affect his status for the upcoming 4 Nations Face-Off, where he was chosen to represent Sweden. The tournament begins Feb. 12.
Karlsson has typically slotted in on Vegas' third line this season. He's collected 18 points in 38 games while averaging over 17 minutes per night.
The Golden Knights acquired Karlsson in their inaugural expansion draft. He's second on the club's all-time games played (540) and points (385) lists.
