Igor Shesterkin is back.

The New York Rangers goaltender will start Thursday against the New Jersey Devils after missing the last four games with an upper-body injury, head coach Peter Laviolette announced, per The Athletic's Peter Baugh.

Shesterkin has endured a down season relative to his lofty standards, going 11-15-1 with a .906 save percentage and a 3.10 goals-against average.

The 29-year-old won the Vezina Trophy in 2022 and finished fourth in 2024. He inked an eight-year, $92-million extension in December.

Additionally, Arthur Kaliyev will make his Rangers debut Thursday, and enforcer Matt Rempe will return to the lineup following an eight-game suspension.
