The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ruled out wide receiver Mike Evans for the remainder of Monday's game against the Detroit Lions due to a shoulder injury and concussion, the team announced.

Evans suffered the injuries while attempting to catch a pass in the second quarter.

He failed to catch any of his four targets before exiting Monday.

The contest was Evans' first back in uniform since sustaining a hamstring injury in Week 3. The 32-year-old caught 14 passes for 140 yards and one touchdown prior to being sidelined.

One of the NFL's most consistent receivers since entering the league, Evans has recorded 11 straight seasons of 1,000-plus receiving yards.

The Buccaneers entered Monday's game leading the NFC South with a 5-1 record.
