Memphis Grizzlies guard Ja Morant will miss at least two weeks after suffering a Grade 1 right calf strain in Saturday's loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, the team announced Monday.
Morant will be re-evaluated in about two weeks.
The 26-year-old exited in the first quarter of the 108-100 defeat due to calf soreness.
Morant is averaging 17.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 7.6 assists in 12 games this season.
The Grizzlies are on the road Tuesday night against the San Antonio Spurs. Memphis holds a 4-10 record and sits third in the Southwest Division.
