The Pacers booked their spot in the championship series after finishing off the New York Knicks in six games.
Oklahoma City will host an NBA Finals game for the first time since 2011-12. The Thunder lost that series in five games to the Miami Heat. The Pacers haven't appeared in the finals since 1999-2000, when they suffered a 4-2 series defeat to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Oklahoma City won both regular-season matchups against Indiana.
