I don't know about you, but I had a ton of fun last weekend in what felt like the first busy couple of days in the sports world in quite some time.

Things will kick up a notch this weekend, as a number of European soccer leagues return to action while UFC fills the void left by the golf world.

Here's a full guide of all you can bet on over the next couple of days.

UFC

Our MMA expert Nick Baldwin has the insight on Saturday's UFC Fight Night event:

"The UFC is set to return to its hometown of Las Vegas on Saturday night, and a pivotal welterweight bout between former champion Tyron Woodley and rising contender Gilbert Burns will headline the event at the UFC Apex facility.

We've never seen Burns in this big of a fight, or in a five-round main event, and Woodley has fought the much better competition. But this fight is 'dog or pass because Burns continues to get better between bouts, and his pressure should give Woodley problems. At +155, I like the Brazilian to rise to the occasion and take out a former titleholder."

You can find the full breakdown of Nick's best bet for the event here.

Soccer

It's full steam ahead in the soccer world as leagues from around the globe continue to return to action.

As always, we have our weekend Bundesliga and K League betting previews available.

For the truly devoted bettors, also on offer this weekend are leagues in the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Hungary, Belarus, and more. You can find all the scores and standings here.

NASCAR

If you're a NASCAR fan, the past couple of weeks have been heaven, with three races taking place in the last five days and a fourth set for Sunday: the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Kyle Busch (+350) is the favorite, having placed in the top five in each of the last four races, including Thursday's Alsco Uniforms 500. Martin Truex Jr. (+650) has finished in the top 10 in each of the last four events and was unlucky not to win last weekend's Coca-Cola 600.

Be sure to check out Alex Kolodziej's Food City 500 betting preview.

Baseball

Start each day with a healthy dose of KBO, with five early morning games on both Saturday and Sunday.

Lines are out for Saturday's contests and you could do a lot worse than KT Wiz (+105) as a short 'dog, while taking the under 10 in the Hanwha Eagles at SK Wyverns game looks enticing.

Sunday is shaping up to be an especially exciting slate with a number of the league's top pitchers scheduled to start, including Tyler Wilson (LG Twins), Dan Straily (Lotte Giants), Chris Flexen (Doosan), and Koo Chang-mo (NC Dinos).

Table tennis

The betting world's new favorite sport continues throughout the weekend with hundreds of matches on offer.

If betting table tennis is your thing, check out Russia's Liga Pro and Masters Liga, Ukraine's Setka and Win Cups, and Czech's Liga Pro, all taking place over the next two days.
