Saturday's UFC Fight Night has taken several hits less than two days before the event.

Former flyweight title challenger Ray Borg is out of his bantamweight fight against Nate Maness due to an undisclosed reason, the promotion announced Friday.

Maness will now face fellow UFC newcomer Johnny Munoz in a featherweight bout.

Eric Spicely has been forced to withdraw from his middleweight fight against Markus Perez due to "weight management issues," according to the UFC. Spicely revealed in a tweet Friday that he began taking antidepressants due to the head trauma he sustained after his last fight, a decision loss to Deron Winn in June 2019. Spicely said his weight cut went "horribly wrong."

Newcomer Charlie Ontiveros was booked to fill in against Perez in a 195-pound catchweight bout, but the Nevada State Athletic Commission canceled the fight Friday afternoon, according to MMA Fighting.

Former PFL and WSOF standout Timur Valiev has been removed from his featherweight clash against Jamall Emmers due to visa issues.

Emmers will fight newcomer Vincent Cachero on short notice.

UFC Fight Night takes place Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas and will be headlined by a middleweight bout between Derek Brunson and Edmen Shahbazyan. The event will proceed with 10 fights.
