The Baltimore Orioles are making modifications to the left-field wall at Camden Yards in time for the 2025 season, general manager Mike Elias announced Friday, according to MASN's Roch Kubatko.

"We've developed a plan to seek a happy medium," Elias said, per Jake Rill of MLB.com.

The Orioles are planning to pull some areas in by as much as 20 feet, others by 11, and others by as few as nine feet, according to Kubatko.

The Orioles made changes to the fence ahead of the 2022 campaign in an effort to reduce the stadium's propensity for giving up home runs to that side of the field.

Over the past three seasons, the left-field wall was raised from seven feet to 13 feet and moved back by as much as 26.5 feet.

The changes had the desired effect as Camden Yards has ranked 24th, 29th, and 22nd in home runs by right-handed hitters since the start of the 2022 campaign.
