After a long and winding saga, Real Madrid and RB Leipzig are finally on the verge of completing a deal that will see Yan Diomande join the Spanish club.

Los Blancos will pay €125 million up front for the Ivorian winger, and the deal could be worth as much as €140 million if various add-ons and bonuses are triggered. Leganes, Diomande's former club, are entitled to around 5% of Leipzig's transfer profit. (Florian Plettenberg)

Vini's moment of truth: Real Madrid have raised their contract offer to Vinicius Junior amid reports of Arsenal's interest. The Brazilian winger, who wants a financial package worth around €30 million per season, now has to make a final decision about his future. (The Athletic)

Guimaraes gets his move: Bruno Guimaraes is getting his desired transfer to Arsenal after Newcastle accepted a £75-million offer from the Gunners. Fiorentina land Franco: Argentine playmaker Franco Mastantuono is joining Fiorentina on a season-long loan from Real Madrid. Los Blancos, who signed the teenager last summer, will pay a portion of Mastantuono's salary while he spends the upcoming campaign in Italy. (ESPN)
