Barcelona's ability to fund a permanent move for on-loan forward Marcus Rashford has been one of the big hurdles in their ongoing discussions with Manchester United about the Englishman's future.

In order to avoid paying a £26-million transfer fee, the Catalan club has decided to take a different approach, and will instead try to keep Rashford on another season-long loan in 2026-27. (Daily Mail)

Talking about Bruno: Manchester United are in talks to sign Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimaraes in an €80-million deal, but Real Madrid are also interested in acquiring the Brazilian. (Reuters)
