John Daly agrees with oddsmakers that Tiger Woods has a good chance at claiming his fifth green jacket when he returns to the Masters next month.

Daly has been following Woods' performance at Bay Hill while competing in a putting contest at Maryland Live! Casino.

"Tiger can win until he's 60, as good as he is," Daly told For The Win's Nina Mandell. "He's got the strongest mind out there, his mental capacity's like (Jack) Nicklaus - he can overcome an Arnold Palmer's army. With Tiger, I just noticed he was two or three under today for a little bit. I honestly think he has a great shot at winning the Masters this year.

"I think his mindset's back on golf and not having to worry about injuries," Daly continued. "You look at a guy that's been hurt pretty much since '07. You know I've had just probably as many surgeries on my body as he has - it's hard to play golf hurt."

Woods fired a 4-under 68 in the opening round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational. He'll tee off with Jason Day and Hideki Matsuyama at 1:08 p.m. ET on Friday.
