Seguin expected to miss rest of season with ACL injury
Dallas Stars head coach Glen Gulutzan said forward Tyler Seguin is expected to miss the remainder of the season after sustaining an ACL injury in Tuesday's loss to the New York Rangers, according to Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News.
Seguin was helped off the ice after Vladislav Gavrikov fell on him.

Seguin recorded 17 points in 27 games before the injury. The 33-year-old has a history of long-term absences. He was limited to 20 games last season while recovering from hip surgery and made only three appearances during the shortened 2020-21 campaign.
Seguin's in the seventh season of an eight-year contract that carries a $9.85-million cap hit. He ranks fifth in franchise history in goals (311) and points (705) across 813 appearances.
The Stars are still awaiting word on whether Seguin could recover in time for the playoffs but aren't optimistic, Assimakopoulos adds. Dallas enters Wednesday's contest against the New Jersey Devils sitting second in the NHL standings at 17-5-5.
