The Baltimore Ravens are hiring Declan Doyle as their offensive coordinator, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Doyle was the Chicago Bears' offensive coordinator in 2025. He will take over as Lamar Jackson's play-caller on Jesse Minter's staff.

The 29-year-old became the youngest offensive coordinator in the league with Chicago last season. Doyle worked under Ben Johnson in the latter's first year as Bears head coach, but Johnson was the offensive play-caller. Doyle previously served as tight ends coach on Sean Payton's staff with the Broncos.

Before joining the Ravens, Doyle reportedly withdrew from consideration for the Philadelphia Eagles' offensive coordinator job. Doyle interviewed for Baltimore's position at the team's facility Friday, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.

Doyle will be Jackson's fourth offensive coordinator since the quarterback entered the league as a first-round pick in 2018. Todd Monken, who was Baltimore's offensive play-caller for the last three seasons, took the Cleveland Browns' head coaching job this week.

Baltimore hired Minter last week after moving on from longtime head coach John Harbaugh. Minter is currently interviewing candidates to fill the defensive coordinator role previously held by Zach Orr.
