Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs will return Thursday against the Detroit Lions after being taken off the team's injury report.

Jacobs missed one game - a 23-6 win over the Minnesota Vikings - after hurting his knee Nov. 16 against the New York Giants.

The three-time Pro Bowl tailback leads Green Bay wth 648 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns while also hauling in 28 catches for 237 receiving yards.

Jacobs was a limited participant in each of the Packers' three practices before being cleared to return.

The 27-year-old rushed for 66 yards and one touchdown in Green Bay's first game against the Lions in September.

Emmanuel Wilson received a majority of carries with Jacobs sidelined last week. He rushed for 107 yards and tallied two scores in Green Bay's victory over the Vikings.

Rookie wide receiver Matthew Golden is questionable for Thursday's holiday matchup due to a wrist injury. Jayden Reed remains on injured reserve despite being a limited participant in practice this week.
