"He spit on me," Ramsey said postgame, according to Brooke Pryor of ESPN. "I don't give a f--k about football after that, respectfully. I'm always going to be all for trash-talking, shit-talking, things like that. I actually enjoy that part of the game. I think that people know that."
Chase denied Ramsey's accusation.
"I never opened my mouth to that guy. I didn't spit on nobody," Chase said, according to Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic.
The NFL will investigate the incident, a league spokesman told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Once one of the NFL's best corners, Ramsey has played most of his snaps at safety in recent weeks. Chase finished the day with only three catches for 30 yards.
Pittsburgh ultimately claimed a 34-12 triumph Sunday, handing Cincinnati its third consecutive loss.
