Ravens' Hamilton sprains ankle in win over Bengals
Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton sprained his ankle in Thursday night's 35-34 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals, head coach John Harbaugh said postgame, according to ESPN's Jamison Hensley.
Harbaugh said the injury doesn't appear serious but added he was unsure how long Hamilton would be sidelined.
Hamilton appeared to twist his ankle late in the second quarter. He went into the locker room to receive X-rays and was subsequently ruled out.
The former first-round pick is one of the most important players on the Ravens' defense. He had five pass breakups, one forced fumble, and two sacks entering Thursday's game.
Hamilton is coming off his first All-Pro campaign in 2023 in which he picked off a career-high four passes and notched three sacks.
