Bengals' Moss out indefinitely with neck injury
Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor announced Monday that running back Zack Moss will be out indefinitely with a neck injury, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The veteran rusher had previously suffered an injury in practice that left him sidelined for the Bengals' Week 9 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The team is seeking more information this week, according to ESPN's Ben Baby, and has not placed Moss on injured reserve yet.
Cincinnati will likely rely on Chase Brown again to be its primary running back.
Moss signed a two-year, $8-million contract with the Bengals last offseason. The 26-year-old was named the starting running back and played in the first eight games of the season, accounting for 242 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
The Bengals play their next game Thursday against the Baltimore Ravens.
