Cavaliers sign Shane Edwards to 10-day contract, waive Arinze Onuaku

The Cleveland Cavaliers have made a slight adjustment to their roster as they enter the final stretch of the season.

Edwards joins the Cavs from their D-League affiliate, the Canton Charge, where he averaged 13.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.0 steal over 40 contests. He'll be available for Cleveland's game against the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night.

In order to open up a roster spot for Edwards, the Cavs have waived power forward Arinze Onuaku, who featured in only two games for the franchise over the span of two 10-day contracts.
