Man arrested for fraud, theft after allegedly posing as Genie Bouchard's brother

A 24-year-old man faces multiple charges after allegedly posing as the brother of Genie Bouchard and charging nearly $42,000 to the tennis star's personal account at a Miami Beach hotel.

Solomon Shlomo Azari was arrested Sunday at the 1 Hotel South Beach, according to Sheldon Fox and Katrina Bush of WVSN. Police said he dined at the hotel's restaurant and drank at the rooftop bar using Bouchard's account over a two-month period.

Police said that Azari had cocaine in his pocket when he was taken into custody. He faces charges of organized scheme to defraud, identity fraud, grand theft, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
