USF wins American title to reach 1st Big Dance in 14 years

USF defeated Wichita State 70-55 in Sunday's American Tournament final to secure its first trip to the Big Dance since the 2011-12 campaign.
Wes Enis led the way with 19 points as the Bulls pulled away in the second half for a comfortable win.
Dillon Battie added 15 points and five boards in defeat for the Shockers.
Wichita State was seeking its first NCAA Tournament appearance in five years.
