Utah Jazz forward John Collins will be sidelined for at least two weeks with a left lateral ankle sprain, the team announced Friday.
Collins suffered the injury during the fourth quarter of Wednesday's loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. He underwent an MRI on Thursday that confirmed the ailment.
The 27-year-old is averaging 19 points, 8.2 rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block across 40 games this season.
Collins holds a $26.5-million player option for next season.
The Jazz sit 29th in the NBA at 15-51 and are currently in the midst of a seven-game losing streak.
