Former Arizona State star Josh Christopher was awarded Championship Game MVP after scoring a team-high 24 points for the Heat.
It's the first time the Heat organization has won the Las Vegas Summer League.
Memphis was led by Scotty Pippen Jr., who was on a two-way deal with the club last season. The former Vanderbilt star scored 17 in the first half and finished the contest with 29 points. The son of Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen was coming off a triple-double performance on Sunday - only the sixth in Summer League history.
Memphis' ninth overall pick Zach Edey missed his second straight game after turning his ankle against the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday.
Brooklyn Nets forward Jalen Wilson was named Summer League MVP before the game. Wilson averaged 21.8 points, 4.6 rebounds, and one assist while shooting 47.3% from the field and 55% from three in his five Summer League contests.
